Terms & Conditions 1. This quotation is valid for 7 calendar days. Pricing is based on the stated Euro price, exchange rate, estimated freight/transport charges, and applicable VAT.  2. Final pricing is subject to supplier confirmation, shipping, duties, VAT and exchange-rate lock-in at time of order. 3. A 70% deposit is required to confirm the order and begin procurement/production. The remaining 30% balance is payable before delivery, handover, installation or release of goods. 4. Poltrona Frau items are generally made-to-order or specially procured. Once confirmed with the supplier/factory, orders may not be cancelled, exchanged or refunded, except where required by applicable law or approved in writing by the supplier. 5. Estimated production is approximately 10 Italian working weeks, with additional time required for shipping, customs clearance, local transport, and delivery scheduling. Lead times are estimates only and may be affected by supplier, factory, freight, customs, port or force majeure delays. 6. The client is responsible for checking and approving all product details, quantities, finishes, dimensions, pricing and delivery information before payment. Natural materials may vary in tone, grain, texture, veining and finish. 7. Delivery, transport, installation, storage, access-related costs, failed delivery, re-delivery, hoisting or special handling charges may be charged separately where applicable. 8. Ownership remains with the supplier/seller until full payment has cleared. Risk transfers on delivery, collection or handover, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Visible damage, shortages, or defects must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photographs. Supplier/manufacturer warranties apply where available and exclude misuse, incorrect cleaning, normal wear and tear, environmental damage, unauthorised repairs or alterations. Overdue accounts may be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month. Payment of the deposit, written approval or instruction to proceed constitutes acceptance of this quotation and these terms.
