Designers Lievore - Altherr - Molina have designed a seat collection with understated geometries and a strong visual presence in the workspace. In the Chancellor chairs, the armrests are a continuation of the seat and offer new scope for expression as well as improved levels of comfort and relaxation.
The Chancellor chair is available in the President, Executive, Managerial, Meeting and Visitor models.
The Chancellor President, Executive and Managerial versions are height-adjustable, swivel and the backrest and seat come with a sophisticated “Syncron” oscillation mechanism that allows the user to assume a continuous series of 5 positions ranging from a straight seat back to genuine chaise-longue. The Chancellor Visitor chair is equipped with a sophisticated swivel mechanism whose thrust bearing allows the chair to rotate and return to its original position. The base of the Chancellor chairs is in tubular steel, chrome-plated or with dark grey lacquer. The President, Executive and Managerial versions have a five-spoke base with soft automatic-braking castors or slides, while the Visitor chair has a four-spoke base with slides. The armrests are upholstered in leather and finished with terminal joints in polished aluminium or painted dark grey to match the base. The Pelle Frau® upholstery can also be extended to include the "Syncron" mechanism cover where applicable. The Chancellor Conference chair with sled base completes the family.
