Pershing 72
The Pershing P72 yacht was the first Poltrona Frau Interiors in Motion nautical project, also launching the partnership between the Ferretti Group and the Tolentino-based company.
The Pershing P72 is a mass-produced yacht in which Poltrona Frau designed the lounge area and cabins as well as the entire control deck. Known as the Pilot House, this area seamlessly integrates the entire bridge area, the instrument panel and the captain’s seats with the lounge zone. For the Pershing P72 yacht Poltrona Frau also designed a series of innovative seats with an assemblable rotational mould which would be reused for all of the captain’s seats in future crafts. A central seat with short armrests and side seats with long and short symmetrical armrests to facilitate the use of the throttle and joystick tillers mounted on the command panels.
